Red Bluff will have an 8.5 mile loop trail that links neighborhoods, schools, parks, creeks, the downtown business district, the Sacramento River, and other trails throughout the county. The trail will be safe, well maintained, and well used by Red Bluff residents and visitors of all ages and abilities for recreation and transportation, including hiking, running, nature appreciation, bicycling, rollerblading, and in some places, horseback riding. The trail will have a significant positive effect on the quality of life in Red Bluff, through healthier lifestyles, access to the natural world, enhanced community pride, and by helping attract visitors, events, and businesses.
